[Webcalendar] problem with first run of webcal -- error log

I tried using the install of the redhat 7.2 flavor
on a fedora-based computer.   On the first run,
I got the following error message:

line 689.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 2) line 3.


Is anyone running WebCal on a Fedora installation?
If so, could you share your installation method?
