[Webcalendar] Approving images?

I run my own calendar on my own server. I uploaded an image of a
birthday cake to the server and inserted it into an event. However, the
even displays "Under Review" icon.

I looked at the FAQ and realize I have to change some variable settings,
which I did so I don't have to approve it anymore, AND added my Calendar
as the Reviewer. The icon still appears. 

I restarted my web server (Apache) and the icon still appears. So, how
do I approve the image so that the proper image appears and NOT the
"Under review" image?
