[Webcalendar] Approving images?

Are you sure you changed the variables in the running version?
A common mistake is to change things in the variables in the files that 
were unpacked from the
distribution, and then not to re-run the install script to modify the 
files in the webserver directory.
The webserver then still uses the values as they were first set.
