[Webcalendar] Approving images?

OK, I figured this one out. approved images have to go in images/uis to
be available to everyone. Not sure about private images yet but once I
moved the image from the upload directory to the uis directory,
everything works. I also uploaded a bunch of other images to my calendar
now so I can use them later.
