[Webcalendar] Repeating events - can set an until date earlier that the date of the event.

I'm using Webcalendar 2.8.8 on A Linux box. It works great.

One thing that did confuse one of the users is that you can, on a repeating 
event, set the until date to be earlier than the date of the event.

The user added a special event on the 14th of July 2005 with a frequency. It 
was set to reapeat daily, 3 times. Unfortunately they set the 'until date' to 
be the 9th of July 2005. 

The result is that you can see the event listed as a special event in the year 
view but no where else.  As I would expect since the 9th of July occurs 
first.

I just wanted to report a bug in that the 'until date' can be earlier that the 
start date.
