[Webcalendar] Docs in wrong location?

I've noticed this with 2.9.2 & 2.9.3 (could've been in earlier versions
also)

When you click on a ? on the option screens it comes up with an error about
not finding the (help) file.  These files are located in a deeper folder
than specified.

This is corrected by editing the following 3 lines in wcal-misc.pl and
adding "/doc" to the path so "{'imgdir'}/h/$lang" becomes
"{'imgdir'}/doc/h/$lang".
