[Webcalendar] calendar dependency

hello
i am missing something
i installed a 2.9.3 webcalender on a linux system
got everything working
but i can not seem to add a dependency for a calender
i go in my calendar to options other calendars 
i see the calendars click by dependant calendars one calendar click
submit and it does not appear in the list
even if i type the calendar it does not appear in the list
i must be doing something wrong
can someone help
