[Webcalendar] webcal running but display is not correct

I have installed webcal on linux and it is now running.  I created a
calendar but is is not being displayed correctly.  It is display boxes =
where
the time should be displayed.  The Webcal icon is not being displayed.  =
The
tabs with Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, etc. are not tabs.  They are boxes.
Apparently, I have incorrect links to something but I can't figure out =
what
it is and whether it is defined in the webcalConfig.pm or install.pl =
file.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
