[Webcalendar] WebCal installation frustations

I have experienced similar problems trying to install web cal onto our 
Fedora server. I have temporarily installed it on the only windows PC on 
our network. I really would like to set it up on our server. I have 2 
other sites already running on our web server so I have some experience, 
but I am in no way an expert in this area. I have just run out of ideas 
on what to do next. I am hoping I might be able get some help from our 
local linux user group.
