[Webcalendar] vCal format export to Outlook

I'm trying to figure out how to export my WebCalendar to vCal format so 
I can import it to Outlook.

When I tried going to Admin and exporting then saving the result as a 
file named "calendar.vcs" the result of the import to Outlook said:

"Cannot Import vCalendar file:
   This error  can appear if you have attempted to save a recurring 
Lunar appointment in iCalendar format.  To avoid this error, set the 
appointment option to Gregorian instead of Lunar"


I can't seem to figure out where this setting is?  How to I do this and 
what are my options, if any?
