It should be no problem to install and try webcalendar without e-mail.<br>
But looking at the docs, it seems like on the Windows platform you can
send e-mail by setting the smtpfrom and smtpto variables in
webcalConfig.pm.<br>
You are right, there does not seem to be any documentation.<br>
I would try this at first:<br>
'smtpfrom' => '<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:webcal a t yourdomain.com">webcal a t yourdomain.com</a>'<br>
'smtoto' => 'your.smtp.server'<br>
<br>
(of course there has to be an SMTP server on your LAN that can be used
to send your local mail and you need to know its domainname)<br>

<div>Hi,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I am testing Webcalendar at our nonprofit organization for
possible use as an institutional calendar. The version I'm previewing
is the Windows XP version 2.9.1, bundled with Apache 1.3. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>How do I get e-mail support for that configuration? The only
Wcald instructions I see pertain to the Linux build. </div>
<div> </div>
<div>I can, of course, set up a system running Redhat 7.2 and
download the Linux build of Webcalendar, but I'd prefer not to if I can
get the same functionality under Windows XP.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thanks,</div>
