[Webcalendar] Webcal_cmd.pl Issue

I've been using webcal for years with excellent results, and lately  
I've been tweaking webcal_cmd.pl to pull out event data & reformat it  
for specific website projects.

For example:

All the listed events are stored, edited & then pulled out using a  
series of scripts I've developed, in conjunction with webcal_cmd.pl  
to display what's seen.  It's actually a great tool and allows many  
of my web clients to maintain custom event pages like this one.

I've run into a small problem, however, which I've been unable to  
solve.  If multiple lines are entered into Event Details on a  
particular event, all lines trailing the first are shortened to the  
first line + =0D=0A=.  I've poked around in webcal_cmd.pl, but I  
can't see where that part is processed and why trailing lines are  
being cut out.  Has anyone experienced this before?

I'm using webcal_cmd.pl, version 1.16, webcal 2.8.8.
