Thanks to Mr. Volker and Mr. Robert Dodier for the answers (and of course
also - to Mr. Richard J. Fateman :)...).
Has ` '' ' construction a representation as lisp function?
It's needed to add the following rule for the usage of Mma constructions in
MAXIMA: to use them always in ev(..., infeval) form.
