[Maxima] omplotdata for Windows is awailable at SF

Hi!

I've uploaded to SF additional small package
maxima-5.9.3-omplotdata.exe
which contains just one file - omplotdata.exe
With it openmath plotting is should work
in console Maxima if plot format is set to
openmath.
