[Maxima] [gnuplot_term,ps] bahavior

Hi!

If gnuplot_term is set to ps then on UNIX/Linux
Maxima plot2/3d command tries to open resulting
PostScript with ghostview command.

IMHO this is not very useful.  Since

1. ghostview may be absent
2. now there are many alternatives for
    viewing PS

I'm inclined to change this behavior and make
maxima always just write PS to file.
On Windows this is already default way PS
is handled since ghostview is usually
unavailable here.

Any objections?
