[Maxima] Maxima 5.10 release candidate 2

This happens when you already had wxmaxima installed and configured to
use maxima 5.9.1 before installing a new version.

I'm still looking into this. Are you using win9x or ME? It is most
likely that this is because the translations use unicode and not iso
charcodes.
