[Maxima] wxMaxima 0.7.0

Hello all,

version 0.7.0 of wxMaxima is available through sourceforge at

  http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=126731

Version 0.7.0 should be used with release candidates for the new
maxima 5.10 (and of course with maxima 5.10 when it is released).

New in this version is better integration with maxima (wxmaxima now
uses documentation distributed with maxima and also translated
documentation if it is available), some basic worksheet functionality
(text comments in output window, editing/entering expressions directly
through the output window) and two new translations.
