[Maxima] xmaxima, comments and other problems

Hi again

xmaxima still has a problem when batching files
ending with comments but now I found out
that the same problem shows up when a file ends
in different ways. 

For instance xmaxima cannot batch properly:
"
...
0;[one space](no CR)
"

Deleting the last one space or inserting a CR character
avoids the problem.

So the problem is bigger than I thought.
