[Maxima] Ubuntu 6.10/Lisp

Hi,
  I was in the process of compiling Maxima 5.11.0 from source in Ubuntu
Edgy. After I typed ./configure, I saw this message at the end of a list of
true's and false's.

configure: error: No lisp implementation specified and none of the default
> executables
> clisp(clisp),gcl(GCL),lisp(CMUCL),scl(SCL),sbcl(SBCL),lisp(ACL),openmcl(OpenMCL)
> were found in PATH


Could someone please tell me how to rectify this error?
