Hello, I finally got me an older intel i386 machine and managed to install gcl on it (and also cmucl) under Freebsd/i368. So I can now test maxima with clisp, sbcl, gcl and cmucl. But everything is on Freebsd and I do not intend to acquire Windows to make tests with that version. So I can now continue with my cleanup action Just wanted to let you all know. 'Andreas
