[Maxima] a few patches for Lispworks and OpenMCL

Rainer, thanks a lot for working on Lispworks + Maxima.

Can you post your changes as patches attached to an email,
or submit them to the patch tracker which is somewhere on the
Sourceforge project site (http://sourceforge.net/projects/maxima).
Any format understood by the "patch" program (e.g. diff -u) is OK.
Copying code out of the email text body is problematic.
