[Maxima] Test failures in cvs?

I just did a CVS update now and rebuilt maxima.  I'm getting some test
failures.

In rtest15, problem 143 is correct, but was expected to be wrong.
Problem 148 has an unsimplififed answer, which doesn't match the
expected answer of 1.  (If simplified, the answer would be 1.)

In rtest_sign, problem 87 and 88 are correct but were expected to be
wrong.


Are these expected?
