If you think you might ever need this, grab the sources now.

I did this because I thought it would be fun and it was.  I don't have 
any other reason to do constrained minimization, and have no real place 
to keep the code, so grab the sources while you can.  No, it's not going 
away instantly :-), but I can't guarantee it will be in my 
common-lisp.net public directory forever.
