[Maxima] New feature

I really love the new checkbox for "Read file from command line" in wxMaxima.  Thanks for implementing that so fast.  It's great.  I wanted it so I could open stuff up and not have to be ready to hit ctrl+g over and over again, in case there is something time consuming in the wxm file.  I have so many of them that I can't remember what is in every one.
