[Maxima] installation of maxima

I just downloaded the most recent version of Maxima from the SourceForge
site, and tried to install it.  This computer has as operating system
Windows XP in Spanish language.  Even though I specified the English
language at the time of installation, after a successful download,
wxMaxima opens in Spanish, although xMaxima opens in English.  What is
the problem here?  It must be remedied rapidly.
