Sounds very interesting. I was hoping to get some actual
bits of code, so that we could test Maxima on that.
If that's a problem, don't worry about it, not a big deal.

By the way I think the bug is fixed in Maxima 5.21.1 so if
you can try your program with that version I would be interested
to hear if it works OK.
