[Maxima] beginner trying to learn how to use maxima for calc applications

All maxima commands are in

and some tutorials in
http://maxima.sourceforge.net/documentation.html
Although written for macsyma, "Macsyma user' guide", second edition (1996) 
could be useful for begginers despite differences with actual Maxima.
