[Maxima] Classical Mechanic

Hello,
	This is a follow up of a previous mail about generating the equations
of motion of a Lagrangian system in C++ (with other fancy stuff). I
finally got rid of the ugly hack that was there before, the
entire code generation part is now in Maxima.
